📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of core UK & Europe customer accounts • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders • Understand customer goals, workflows, and measures of success • Run regular customer check-ins that are structured and outcome-led • Help customers adopt Storyteller effectively • Identify under-used features and plan around key moments • Surface commercial signals to Sales with useful context • Coordinate with delivery and support teams to address customer needs • Keep internal account notes accurate and current • Assist in improving repeatable Customer Success processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, account management, client services, or partnerships • Understanding of sports, media, entertainment, content, digital, or fan engagement teams • Ability to build trust with customers • Organised, responsive, and calm when priorities move quickly • Desire to learn products deeply to have useful customer conversations • Commercial thinking to spot opportunities
