📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of insider threat analysts, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and developing their skills. • Implement and manage insider threat detection tools and platforms (UEBA, DLP, etc.). • Conduct thorough investigations into suspected insider threat cases, including digital forensics, data analysis, and interviews. • Identify vulnerabilities in existing security policies and procedures related to insider threats. • Regularly brief senior management on the insider threat landscape and key findings from investigations.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of cyber security concepts, including network protocols, system administration, and data analysis. • Expertise in digital forensics techniques and tools to investigate suspicious activity • Experience with user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA) platforms • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of security analysts • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences • Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to insider threats.
