📋 Description
• Support Time and Labor team in the implementation of timekeeping systems including requirements, testing, and roll-out • Support Real Time Monitoring of Time and Labor systems • Ensuring all processes are being followed by the team • Support for any ad hoc reporting • Monitor and recommend actions to enable teams to meet Service Level Goals
🎯 Requirements
• Understanding of workforce management concepts • Strong working knowledge of time entry systems. • Intermediate Excel skills • Able to travel up to 10% if needed • Working knowledge of timekeeping • 3 to 5 years’ experience as an analyst
