📋 Description

• Independently consult with external clients throughout the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design through testing and deployment • Execute medium to large client deliverables from start to finish across multiple concurrent projects • Manage work against project scope, timeline, and budget • Coordinate with colleagues when applicable • Assess client needs, provide subject matter expertise, propose alternatives, and recommend solutions • Advise clients on lessons learned, Workday best practices, and Strada’s point of view • Direct work and review deliverables for less experienced colleagues • Participate in or lead internal business initiatives, domain groups, chats, training, and brand collateral development • Participate in Workday ecosystem product groups and chats • Serve as a subject matter expert in a functional or technical area • Develop specialized expertise in areas such as Benefits, Compensation, or Financials • Create work estimates for small to large bodies of work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or relevant field of study required • 2 to 3 years previous experience implementing and/or configuring Workday Benefits, Compensation, Learning or Talent • Prior experience may include PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E-Business, Ultipro or other SaaS software solutions • Workday deployment and/or post-production experience strongly preferred • Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization preferred • Strong facilitation/presentation skills • Experience transforming business requirements into complex system configurations • Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects • Time management and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision • Strong work ethics • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Proficient to advanced MS Excel skills, including advanced formulas, to transform data • Ability to travel up to 20% • Current and future work authorization in the United States without visa sponsorship by Strada • Workday Benefits certification required • Certification in multiple functional areas is a plus • Successful completion of applicable background checks
