📋 Description
• Investigate auto bodily injury claims • Evaluate damages and exposure • Negotiate settlements • Drive fair, timely resolutions • Deliver world-class service to clients • Apply professional judgment to deliver the best possible claims experience • Identify workflow friction and propose solutions • Help shape and improve the claims platform • Work alongside and report to the VP of Claims
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience handling auto bodily injury claims, including first-party and third-party claims • Active Adjuster License • Familiarity with demand evaluation, attorney negotiation, and reserve setting • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated • Proactive and able to anticipate needs and act before being asked • Collaborative, curious, and comfortable with change • Able to provide constructive product input and contribute to improving the platform
