📋 Description

• Provide instructional and academic support to learners in courses • Provide 1:1 coaching and consultation • Create instructional materials and learning resources using text, video, and other technologies • Facilitate office hours or group study sessions • Build an online community focused on learning and continuous improvement • Lead and comment in courseroom discussions • Plan and facilitate optional weekly interactive, collaborative study and review sessions • Assess learning and comprehension through course competency evaluations, discussions, and assignments • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technologies including Civitas, Outlook, and Kaltura • Maintain adequate learner records • Check into the courseroom on weekends • Participate in training, team meetings, and learner appointments during some regular business hours

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with teaching or tutoring • Self-motivated and highly organized • Ability to embrace technological and pedagogical methodology changes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact effectively with faculty, coaches, and learners • Demonstrated effective time management skills • Excellent relationship-building, customer service, and problem resolution skills • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor • Knowledge of adult learning theory and practices, including learning contracts, collaborative learning, and active learning strategies • Ability to assess individual and group learning needs and explain concepts in different ways • Experience working with diverse learning styles • Comfortable using technology to facilitate learning • 1–3 years teaching experience at the graduate level in an online environment • Completed Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university required • Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst required • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States • Must be able to travel 10% of the time • Must be able to lift 25 lbs • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential
