📋 Description

• Teach online courses and residencies • Mentor doctoral learners and chair or serve on doctoral committees • Facilitate interactive dissertation and doctoral capstone course rooms • Use course data and feedback to improve teaching and learner experience • Contribute to curriculum and course development, including course plans, objectives, outcomes, teaching aids, competency-based assessments, and authentic assessment tools • Ensure diversity, sensitivity, and inclusiveness in curriculum design and course materials • Participate in school and university governance and faculty committees • Serve as a peer mentor and provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to faculty • Contribute professional knowledge through service, practice, and community engagement • Maintain scholarly expertise through research, writing, presentations, conferences, and professional development • Participate in faculty meetings, development events, commencement, residencies, orientation, webinars, course revisions, and problem resolution • Support learner management, research and advising, program development, accreditation, and B2B partnership efforts as assigned • Serve as a subject-matter expert in course and program development • Support accreditation efforts and innovation projects • Proactively manage curriculum content quality, relevance, accuracy, and currency • Take on additional projects and duties based on school or university needs

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree required; all degrees must be conferred and from a regionally accredited institution • Must be a BCBA; BCBA-D preferred • Experience teaching in higher education required • Experience mentoring doctoral students • Experience writing curriculum • Membership/affiliation in an educational leadership organization at a national, regional, and/or local level • Demonstrated commitment to service and practice in educational leadership • Experience with leadership through team engagement • Evidence of supporting learner success and commitment to quality teaching outcomes • Ability to contribute to diversity, cultural sensitivity, and excellence of the academic community • Experience presenting at professional conferences • Experience with scholarly writing and use of APA 6th edition • Three or more years teaching in an online setting highly preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available • Must be able to travel occasionally if business needs arise • Must have access to a remote work setting with privacy, reliable internet, phone, video-conferencing capability, and a computer • Must be able to meet critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication requirements • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant • Able to access information using a computer
