• Provide high-quality instruction using a pre-designed curriculum • Mentor doctoral learners and participate in doctoral committees • Provide relevant feedback to support successful completion • Be available within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, by phone, email, and in the courseroom • Travel within the US to participate in doctoral residencies • Use the online learning platform to enrich the learning experience • Establish high standards and explain evaluation criteria • Adhere to University policies and procedures • Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training as required • Participate in other activities based on university needs • Teach asynchronous 10-week GuidedPath courses and support learner progress through discussions and assignment feedback
• Ed.D., Ph.D., or Psy.D. required • BCBA/BCBA-D required • All degrees must be conferred and from a regionally accredited institution • Copies of required certificates and licenses and unofficial transcripts for all graduate degrees must be attached • Professional experience in the discipline: minimum of two years for undergraduate level and three years for graduate level • Research, scholarship, or achievement in the discipline required for graduate-level • At doctoral level, experience conducting and overseeing research in the discipline required • Three years of teaching experience preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of academic evaluation • Proficiency in oral presentation skills, planning, and organizing course objectives • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated knowledge of academic technology • Strong computer skills • Ability to manage potentially stressful situations professionally and ethically • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available • Ability to access information using a computer • Ability to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant • Must be able to travel occasionally within the US
