📋 Description

• Lead a team spanning Compliance, Integration & Support, and DevOps across Sophia Learning and Workforce Edge. • Support SOC1 and SOC2 compliance activities. • Coordinate technical evidence gathering and control documentation. • Oversee data flow pipelines and integrations with partners. • Manage the DevOps function across CI/CD pipelines and cloud environment management. • Mentor and develop a team of direct reports including Technical Analysts and DevOps Engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical operations, DevOps, Compliance, or a related field • 4+ years of experience managing technical teams • 2+ years of experience with SOC1, SOC2, or SOX compliance processes • 2+ years of hands-on or management experience in GCP or AWS • Experience managing data integrations or API-based partner ecosystems preferred • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred) • CISA, CISSP, AWS, or GCP certifications preferred • Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise.
