⢠Define and lead the multi-year product strategy for Sophia Learning's online learning platform ⢠Establish and defend product priorities using evidence-based positions, structured options, and trade-off analysis ⢠Guide the organization's AI product vision and roadmap across multiple product areas ⢠Lead machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI initiatives in Workforce Edge applications ⢠Advise executive leadership by translating technical opportunities into business value ⢠Conduct customer conversations, user research, market analysis, and behavioral data analysis ⢠Own initiatives end-to-end, including post-launch measurement of impact ⢠Own the AI pipeline product strategy from data ingestion and model training through inference and feedback loops ⢠Oversee scalable, governed data ingestion pipelines, schemas, data lineage, and security models ⢠Partner with Engineering, Data/Analytics, and AI teams on semantic data layers and metadata governance ⢠Mentor and coach Product Managers ⢠Represent Sophia Learning as an industry thought leader in AI for online learning, ethical AI, and data-driven learning experiences
⢠6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, data platform, or AI-driven product environments ⢠EdTech product management experience preferred ⢠Demonstrated success collaborating with executive stakeholders and technical leaders to deliver transformative business outcomes ⢠Proven track record leading product initiatives, including customer-facing AI initiatives from concept through implementation ⢠Working familiarity with cloud data ecosystems (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and modern data and AI tooling ⢠Experience with SQL/behavioral analytics tools preferred ⢠Track record of setting product direction, including ownership of a product vision and multi-year roadmap ⢠Demonstrated success deepening value for an established user base at scale and introducing new growth capabilities ⢠Direct experience conducting customer interviews or usability testing preferred ⢠Prior experience in education technology preferred ⢠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Business/Economics, Design, Cognitive Science, Learning Science, or a related field ⢠Generative AI Solution Development certificate preferred ⢠Product strategy or continuous discovery coursework preferred ⢠Must be able to travel occasionally if business needs arise ⢠Must be able to meet critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication requirements ⢠Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant ⢠Able to access information using a computer ⢠Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
