📋 Description

• Own the full desk: Develop client relationships, manage searches, and deliver high-quality candidates end-to-end. • Build business: Source and engage new client opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking. • Deliver excellence: Manage the full candidate experience, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement. • Partner strategically: Collaborate with STRATIVIS leadership to align on client priorities, go-to-market efforts, and brand representation. • Operate autonomously: Manage your pipeline and workload to achieve consistent placements and income growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or search environment. • Proven success running a full desk — sourcing, developing clients, and closing placements. • Strong business development instincts and confidence engaging executive-level clients. • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Comfort working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment. • Intrinsically motivated individual who is driven to succeed
