📋 Description

• Provide instructional and academic support to learners in courses • Facilitate 1:1 coaching and consultation, instructional materials and resources, and office hours or group study sessions • Build an online community conducive to learning • Create learning resources using text, video, and technologies to engage learners • Lead discussions and plan review sessions combining content with study strategies • Assess learning through evaluations utilizing rubrics

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the field as a BCBA required • 1-3 years teaching experience at the graduate level, in an online environment preferred • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant • Must be able to lift 25 lbs
