📋 Description

• Teach online courses and residencies • Mentor doctoral learners and chair or serve on doctoral committees • Facilitate interactive dissertation and capstone course rooms • Review course feedback and use course data to improve teaching and learner experience • Contribute to curriculum and course development, including plans, objectives, outcomes, teaching aids, and assessments • Ensure diversity, cultural sensitivity, and inclusiveness in curriculum and course materials • Participate in school and university governance, faculty committees, meetings, and development events • Serve as a peer mentor and provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to faculty • Contribute professional knowledge through service to learners, the institution, the profession, and the community • Maintain scholarly expertise through research, writing, presentations, conferences, publications, and continuing education • Support accreditation, course and program development, curriculum quality, and innovation projects • Take on additional departmental, school, or university duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree required; all degrees must be conferred and from a regionally accredited institution • Must be a BCBA; BCBA-D preferred • Experience teaching in higher education required • Experience mentoring doctoral students • Experience writing curriculum • Three or more years teaching in an online setting highly preferred • Membership/affiliation in an educational leadership organization at a national, regional, and/or local level • Demonstrated commitment to service and practice in educational leadership • Experience with leadership through team engagement • Evidence of supporting learner success and commitment to quality teaching outcomes • Ability to contribute to diversity, cultural sensitivity, and excellence of the academic community • Experience presenting at professional conferences • Experience with scholarly writing and APA 6th edition • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available • Must be able to travel occasionally if needed • Must be able to meet critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication requirements • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant • Ability to access information using a computer • Access to a remote work setting with privacy, reliable internet, phone, video conferencing, and computer capabilities
