📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and improve a 50-state regulatory monitoring system for HCOE healthcare programs • Attend regulatory agency hearings, public comment sessions, or stakeholder convenings and prepare briefings and summaries • Maintain regulatory change logs and issue trackers with status, ownership, deadlines, and risk levels • Track state-specific application requirements, processing timelines, and approval status for program expansions • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports covering regulatory status, state approvals, clinical placements, and accreditation timelines • Develop and own program-specific State Approval Trackers • Produce standardized and ad hoc reports for academic, legal, risk, strategy, and executive stakeholders • Build and maintain a clinical placement data repository • Develop reporting pipelines integrating Smartsheet, SharePoint, OneDrive, and external agency websites • Ensure dashboards and trackers have version control, source citations, and update timestamps • Support accreditation standards mapping, cycle timelines, self-study deadlines, site visit windows, and annual report deadlines • Organize evidence and datasets for accreditation reports, site visits, and interim monitoring submissions • Maintain documentation distinguishing program-level from institutional-level regulatory approval status • Develop templated stakeholder reports and presentation-ready data outputs • Serve as a university consultant and partner with university and system leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in health sciences, public health, healthcare administration, information science, data analytics, or a closely related field • Master’s degree preferred • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a regulatory, compliance, accreditation, academic operations, or healthcare data analyst role • Experience building and maintaining dashboards, trackers, or reporting tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent strongly preferred • Experience working in higher education, healthcare regulation, or a multi-site/multi-state compliance environment strongly preferred • Familiarity with nursing education and allied health regulatory frameworks, including state board of nursing and programmatic accreditation approval processes, preferred • Experience working with cross-functional teams with high matrix reporting structure • Strong prioritization skills • High degree of self-direction and comfort operating in a matrixed, remote-first environment • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in regulatory tracking and compliance documentation • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex issues clearly and concisely • Demonstrated business acumen and enterprise awareness • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time • Must be able to lift 25 lbs • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
