📋 Description

• Build relationships with customers and conduct needs assessments to identify organizational EHR requirements • Map customer workflows to software • Confer with customers regarding software needs and develop creative solutions to user requirements and problems • Coordinate with customers and staff on updates to the customer environment • Test application environments and ensure they are functioning • Develop, document and revise application design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards • Test new build designs • Create training materials and compile training presentations • Conduct training sessions with new users and assist them in learning the application

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or other related fields • Experience working in the behavioral healthcare industry in a billing environment • Knowledge of customer and personal service principles • Complex problem solving, judgement and decision making skills • Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills • Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities and sharp attention to detail • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize work and daily tasks • Outstanding work ethic, drive, motivation and commitment to quality results • Ability to travel up to 30% • Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position • Position can work remotely
