📋 Description

• Designs and implements well organized individual and group learning opportunities for teachers and school leaders • Models effective and differentiated instruction for teachers • Creates and delivers ongoing professional development for teachers and school leaders • Assists teachers in aligning their instruction with strong teaching methods, standards, and student data • Observes teachers and school leaders and provides meaningful feedback and coaching • Increases teacher effectiveness by improving the quality of teaching and learning through ongoing support to teachers • Equips staff with resources and skills needed to implement effective instructional practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education • Five (5) years of successful teacher experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Ability to pass required background check • Experience in designing and delivering quality professional development for administrators and teachers • Previous coaching or leadership experience • Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum frameworks, and standards • Experience in research-based instructional practices for learning • Strong presentation, facilitation, and organization skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Web conferencing tools proficiency
