📋 Description
• Supports student retention by providing non-instructional intervention and support to students in grades 6-12. • Works with students and parents to identify online learning strengths and areas for improvement. • Monitors, tracks, and addresses the needs of students specifically about online learning success factors. • Conducts orientation sessions for students and learning coaches. • Educates on system navigation techniques and tips through various communication methods. • Provides timely responses to all communications from students, staff, and parents.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate degree AND 2 or more years customer service experience • Experience working with children or youth • Demonstrated proficiency in using online tools and applications • Professional verbal and writing skills • Comfortable with online and telephone communication with customers • Ability to pass required background check
