• Support student learning and teacher practice in a virtual PBL classroom • Develop and implement professional learning opportunities for teachers • Model effective and differentiated instruction • Observe teachers and provide meaningful feedback • Assist in aligning instruction with strong teaching methods and student data
• Bachelor’s degree in Education • Five (5) years of successful teacher experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Ability to pass required background check • Experience in designing and delivering quality professional development for administrators and teachers • Previous coaching or leadership experience • Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum frameworks and standards • Experience in research-based instructional practices for learning • Strong presentation, facilitation, and organization skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web conferencing tools.
