📋 Description

• Deliver specific course content in an online environment • Provide instruction, support, and guidance, manage the learning process • Work closely with students and parents/learning coaches • Monitor student progress through Stride K12’s learning management system • Ensure all special education and related services are provided as determined by the IEP team • Develop compliant IEP’s, progress reports, and other required documentation • Lead collaborative special education meetings • Modify Stride K12 lessons and assessments as specified by the IEP • Analyze student data to prescribe remediation and enrichment as needed • Maintain student academic integrity and prepare students for standardized tests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Active state teaching license • Ability to clear required background check • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers • Receptive to receiving coaching on a regular basis with administrators • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word; PowerPoint • Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms • Strong written/verbal communication skills
