📋 Description
• Create a great working experience for staff and students • Guide Instructors and Cohort Leads to support students in their job search • Build classroom culture and community while coaching successful behaviors • Ensure exceptional relationship management with government clients • Maintain accurate, real-time data on student performance • Deliver feedback to students to improve outcomes • Manage and support instructional staff
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in managing educational programs • 2+ years managing a team and 3+ years in education OR Equivalent combination of education and experience • Coaching or advisory experience • Ability to clear the required background check • Ability to work Full-Time, generally within weekday business hours and occasionally in evenings and on Saturdays • Bachelor’s Degree (desired) • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail • Teaching experience or a background in coaching, psychology, counseling, social work or similar work
