• Strategically manage and optimize the Procurement process • Develop and implement category strategies for sourcing • Negotiate contracts and collaborate with stakeholders • Lead complex sourcing initiatives • Manage supplier relationship and contract management • Implement AI-driven procurement platform
🎯 Requirements
• Eight (8) years in various Procurement category leadership roles • Three (3) to five (5) years of management experience • Strong negotiation skills • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field • MBA strongly preferred • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
