📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of the payments and fraud landscape, business risk management, and related systems and workflows • Work directly with customers, developers, and partners to uncover unmet needs and integration challenges • Develop and communicate product strategy and roadmap • Partner with engineering and data science to build reliable APIs, intuitive tools, and developer experiences for fraud control and monitoring • Drive product development from ideation through launch • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to validate demand and drive adoption • Support early implementations and improve documentation, onboarding, and production adoption • Own metrics for integration success, adoption, retention, revenue, and user value • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience • Highly analytical, with a rigorous approach to quantitative and qualitative evidence • Comfortable digging into data and writing SQL when needed • Experience taking products from zero to one • Strong commercial and business acumen • Proven cross-functional leadership, including partnering with B2B sales teams on customer discovery, technical evaluation, and commercialization • Experience shipping Dashboard and API products • Experience developing pricing and monetization models for B2B products • Technical fluency with APIs, system architecture, and integration trade-offs • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ownership mindset and a high bar for product quality
