📋 Description

• Lead complex programs across multiple engineering, product, finance, legal, compliance, risk, and other cross-functional teams • Define cross-functional strategy, plan, and execute large-scale technical programs • Drive functional and technical delivery of key team and organization-wide programs and initiatives • Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional partners to define, scope, and drive large programs to conclusion • Develop, implement, and iterate program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs with well-defined success criteria • Improve communication and operating practices to increase team productivity and efficiency • Define and produce high-quality written proposals, communications, and documentation • Leverage data and knowledge to drive strategic decisions at an engineering leadership level • Create widely circulated plans that drive consistency, clarity, and alignment across teams • Influence peers and leaders and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering, systems engineering and/or technical program management experience • Excellent analytical skills; ability to digest complex information and make recommendations • Track record of providing program management during all phases of software development from kick-off to launch • Critical thinking, challenging norms, and thought leadership • Very strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, teams, and senior leaders • Ability to drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions • Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions • Experience working with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones • Ability to understand how functionality comes together across products and platforms to deliver user value • Ability to identify and proactively mitigate delivery risks • Ability to propose and drive a technical solution • Users-first and customer-focused mindset
