📋 Description

• Lead the Nuclear Materials & Analytical Services organization • Provide leadership and oversight for engineering programs • Drive integration across engineering, structural, inspection, software, monitoring • Support utilities in addressing emergent plant conditions • Provide executive oversight for large, complex engineering projects • Lead organizational development initiatives including recruiting and mentorship • Foster a high-accountability, collaborative culture • Build and maintain strong relationships with utility leadership • Collaborate across SI Engineering Services technical groups

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline • Minimum of 20 years of experience in the nuclear industry • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience managing engineering organizations • Strong background in operating fleet engineering programs, structural integrity • Experience managing large engineering projects, technical organizations • Strong understanding of nuclear utility operations, regulatory environments • Proven leadership in staff development, organizational scaling • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Excellent business acumen including forecasting, utilization management
