📋 Description

• Assist in training and implementation of products within Surgical Technologies' digital portfolio • Provide product demonstrations and clinical education to new or upgrade customers • Support nurses, surgical technicians, and surgeons with case coverage during go-live • Apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and problem-solve • Support customer trials and product demonstrations • Assist internal marketing partners with trade shows and education collateral • Apply AORN and ACOG best practices related to sponge counting and quantitative blood loss • Understand competitors' strengths and weaknesses • Describe additional product-line offerings and primary features • Identify critical customer needs and preferences • Provide Customer Success Manager and Sales Rep with training and go-live recaps and feedback • Provide customer feedback to marketing leadership • Support sales training initiatives and programs throughout the year • Support on-label use and promotion of all products • Understand contract offerings and customer impact, including Subscription, PPA, and Cash • Understand communication objectives, channels, types, and formats • Understand channel strategies and business implications • Educate sales on the customer complaint process • Track existing KPIs and report to the organization • Understand and share customer satisfaction input trends with the sales force • Travel 80% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Must be comfortable in an operating room (OR) environment • Ability to travel 80% (3 weeks per month) • Previous experience working in an operating room (OR) setting preferred • Strong time management skills preferred • Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally preferred
