📋 Description

• Support communications for key enterprise priorities, initiatives, business milestones, and important company moments • Build partnerships across functions, regions, and commercial divisions to uncover story ideas • Advise stakeholders on channel, timing, and audience strategies • Monitor performance analytics and develop actionable recommendations • Publish, update, and manage content across intranet, newsletters, email, and digital displays • Support change and priority initiatives while minimizing communication fatigue • Apply Stryker brand standards, voice, and principles • Track emerging communication trends and technologies; pilot and recommend new approaches • Contribute to strategic communications planning • Execute enterprise editorial priorities and content plans • Maintain and curate accurate, current, accessible company-level information and materials • Reinforce consistent enterprise communication standards across functions and regions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail • Writing samples required • Knowledge of AP Style is a plus • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences across multiple platforms • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office 365 applications • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, Staffbase, and Marketo or other email marketing tools is a plus • 1–2 years’ experience in internal communications or a related role preferred
