📋 Description

• Help employees understand strategy, navigate change and see how their work contributes to our shared success. • Support functional communications — delivering clear, actionable messaging tied to business priorities and projects. • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and help shape communication approaches to drive alignment, understanding and action. • Partner across functions, regions and communications teams to align messaging and share best practices. • Champion the Stryker brand by applying brand standards consistently across communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. • 2+ years of communications-related work experience required. • Exceptional writing and editing skills with eye for detail; knowledge of AP Style preferred (writing assessment will be required). • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office 365 applications. • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms a plus (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Marketo or other email marketing tools, etc.).
