📋 Description

• Sell Stryker Upper Extremities products to meet customers’ needs • Become the resident Upper Extremities expert for surgeons and healthcare professionals • Organize materials and quickly sort possible solutions during operating room consultations • Manage and maintain product inventory • Assist customers whenever needed • Provide advice and training on products and tools • Build credibility with surgeons through knowledge of Stryker and competitors’ offerings • Attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours as required • Travel approximately 30%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two) • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems • Excellent organizational skills • Knowledge of current office technologies, including MS Office suite and databases • Experience building and maintaining relationships • Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments • Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours, as required • Must adhere to compliance and AdvaMed principles of responsibility • Must maintain privacy and confidentiality of information, protect organizational assets, act with ethics and integrity, report non-compliance, and follow applicable laws, regulations, accreditation and licensure requirements, and company policies • 30% travel • 3+ years of sales experience preferred
