📋 Description

• Create short, narrated screen-capture walkthroughs demonstrating generative AI-tool tasks for three new college-level courses • Record 4–6-minute video lessons with clear spoken narration • Structure lessons with a clear setup, logical sequencing, and a summary reinforcing key takeaways • Perform light video touch-up, including an intro and watermark logo • Provide specific, organized, and actionable feedback and scripts • Evaluate whether exercises and scenarios reflect actual professional practice • Identify gaps between learning objectives, taught skills, and learners’ practical task requirements • Work asynchronously with the in-house team • Demonstrate practical use of generative AI tools in relevant professional workflows for non-technical college learners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a domain-relevant field required • Two or more years of hands-on experience in the relevant domain • Demonstrated hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot in real professional workflows • Ability to distinguish transformative AI capabilities • Strong judgment evaluating AI output quality and identifying plausible but wrong, incomplete, or misleading output • Working awareness of prompt engineering fundamentals in the relevant domain • Ability to screen-record 4–6-minute walkthroughs with clear spoken narration • Appropriate equipment for high-quality video, including clean audio and 1080p screen capture • Proficiency with screen-recording and light video-editing software such as Camtasia, Loom, OBS Studio, ScreenFlow, or equivalent • Own or have access to a preferred screen-recording tool • Comfort with light video touch-up, voiceover narration, and instructional delivery • Ability to structure effective video lessons • Clear written and spoken communication for non-technical college learners • Ability to provide specific, well-organized, and actionable feedback and scripts • Ability to distinguish personal preference from principled critique • Comfortable working asynchronously with an in-house team • Ability to assess whether exercises or scenarios reflect actual professional practice • Ability to identify gaps between learning objectives, taught skills, and learners’ practical task needs • Working experience in at least one course domain: Business Analytics with AI, Business Communication with AI, or Responsible & Ethical AI Use • Active practitioner in a relevant field and routine use of LLMs in that work
