📋 Description

• Develop and execute the enterprise platform delivery strategy aligned with business goals • Establish and drive technology roadmaps supporting scalability, reliability, and innovation • Partner with executive leadership to prioritize investments and technology initiatives • Foster operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation • Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology platforms, applications, and infrastructure services • Lead platform transformation, modernization, and cloud migration initiatives • Ensure delivery predictability, quality, performance, timelines, and budgets • Implement best practices for Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering • Lead and develop teams across engineering, platform operations, and delivery management • Build organizational capabilities through talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development • Establish performance metrics and accountability frameworks • Advise executive leadership on technology delivery and operational performance • Collaborate with Product Management to align platform capabilities with business needs • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic technology partners • Ensure platform security, availability, resilience, and regulatory compliance • Establish governance frameworks for technology delivery and operational risk management • Oversee disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident management processes • Manage multimillion-dollar operating and capital budgets • Drive cost optimization and resource allocation strategies • Evaluate and negotiate vendor partnerships and technology investments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology delivery, engineering, or platform operations • 8+ years in senior executive leadership roles managing large-scale global teams • Proven track record delivering enterprise platforms and digital transformation initiatives • Deep expertise in cloud technologies, platform engineering, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and software delivery • Experience managing complex technology portfolios and enterprise-scale programs
