• Provide comprehensive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer compensation programs • Provide subject matter expertise and serve as a market expert regarding specific client market compensation issues • Conduct job evaluations; analyze job responsibilities, activities, duties, requirements, and organizational structure and recommend internal job placement in the appropriate level, title, and FLSA classification • Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpreting salary data, financial modeling, and special research projects • Analyze data to determine the appropriate salary level and job title for existing and proposed positions • Identify complex job matching and data issues and proactively consult with clients and key associates to determine the appropriate course of action • Assist with more complex report and proposal writing related to describing and summarizing project objectives, methodologies, analysis and results, and proof for accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration • One to five years of progressive experience directly consulting with clients • Three to five years of related analytical experience required involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design • Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming experience is a plus • Strong critical thinking skills • Excellent interpersonal, writing, verbal, and presentation skills
