📋 Description

• Better package, articulate, and scale the value proposition of the Crypto Transaction Monitoring product • Unlock unsold market potential and drive product growth • Execute strategic product launches for the Travel Rule framework • Solve complex, non-standardized cross-jurisdictional client needs • Own the decentralized Web3 strategy, including DeFi and non-custodial wallet interactions • Build an executable Web3 roadmap from scratch within the first 0–6 months • Work with engineering, business development, marketing, and leadership to align teams • Turn product ideas into shipped features

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B crypto, fintech, or blockchain infrastructure • Strong understanding of blockchain transaction flows • Strong understanding of smart contracts • Strong understanding of AML/KYT • Strong understanding of on-chain intelligence • Experience with blockchain analytics, transaction investigation/clustering tools, or privacy/mixing protocols • Pure consumer wallet/custody experience is not a fit • Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, rule engines, and third-party integrations • Ability to assess technical feasibility • High energy, proactive execution, and ability to drive clarity in an evolving, ambiguous market • Europe preferred to align with core team working hours • Direct experience with Travel Rule, KYT, or dApp integrations is a nice-to-have • Strong domain network across crypto partners and protocols is a nice-to-have
