📋 Description

• Partner closely with the leading Product Manager to co-pilot products. • Help clients streamline manual workflows, make faster decisions, and report to regulators. • Drive adoption and translate high-level requests into product. • Collaborate on UI/UX flows and integration with internal systems. • Gather feedback from global enterprises and translate needs into product requirements. • Champion product priorities with C-level stakeholders using data. • Run processes with dedicated development teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Mid to Senior Product Manager (3-4+ years), ideally in Fintech, Regtech, or SaaS. • Deep understanding of CRM systems is a huge plus. • Experience with KYC, KYB, or Transaction Monitoring products. • Proficiency in English (fluent for client-facing calls). • Active listener, skilled mediator, and able to explain complex tech simply. • Metrics-based decision-making mindset. • Highly flexible and comfortable navigating diverse global client requirements.
