📋 Description

• Develop and enhance HR/ERP data integrations, reporting, and analytics solutions • Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX • Develop and maintain Snowflake SQL, data pipelines, and reporting datasets • Work with CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM data structures and interfaces • Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions • Troubleshoot data quality, reporting, and integration issues • Collaborate with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in Arizona and be Phoenix-local at the time of submission • SQL expert level • Power BI • Snowflake • DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) • W2 only; no C2C, third-party vendors, or subcontracting • No sponsorship • In-person interview in Phoenix required within one week of the close • Start within two weeks of offer • HireRight background check and drug screening • Current city must appear on resume • CGI Advantage, ideally Advantage 4.0 HRM, preferred
