📋 Description

• Manage all grant-funded procurement's and contracts • Serve as the procurement point of contact for the grant • Issue, award, and manage solicitations including RFPs, RFQs, RFGAs, and Task Orders • Issue and manage Intergovernmental Service Agreements (ISAs) • Align procurement activities with grant requirements ensuring documentation, audit readiness, and risk mitigation • Attend planning and project management meetings • Coordinate with program leadership, finance, and the Chief Procurement Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience, state or government procurement strongly preferred • Project management experience • Grants and grant contracting experience • Must be local to Arizona with current city and state on resume • Available for an in-person interview within 1 week • Able to start within 2 weeks of an offer
