📋 Description

• Serves as the engineering lead for the cross-functional teams supporting SunStrong’s Salesforce platform • Leads a team of Salesforce software engineers • Responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing team • Oversees architectural and design decisions across the Salesforce platform • Provides code reviews and mentorship • Facilitates Agile sprint ceremonies • Identifies, implements and promotes opportunities to improve team delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of software development experience • 3+ years experience in a leadership role • Deep hands-on experience as engineering leader across enterprise scale Salesforce ecosystem • Experience effectively leveraging AI tooling to improve app quality and delivery • Deep experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce metadata model • Strong command of governor limits, bulkification, security model, and performance tuning • Proven experience with integration design (REST/SOAP, async processing, error handling, retry patterns) • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Integration Architect, or Data Cloud credentials.
