📋 Description

• Own and drive the enterprise-wide Brightree strategy • Act as a change leader, proactively identifying gaps • Lead full lifecycle implementation efforts, including vision-setting, planning, execution • Establish clear implementation frameworks, timelines, and accountability structures • Champion a culture of adoption, accountability, and continuous improvement • Build and scale a structured training ecosystem for employees • Design and enforce standardized workflows across intake, billing, and operations • Define and track KPIs related to system adoption and operational efficiency. • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team responsible for implementation and support.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working cross-functionally with operations and technical teams • Deep functional expertise in Brightree • Strong leadership and project management skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement • Ability to drive change and influence across all levels of the organization • Experience in a multi-location or high-growth healthcare organization • Familiarity with revenue cycle management and payer requirements • Experience with system integrations and data migration.
