📋 Description

• Lead settlement negotiations with opposing counsel, insurers, and other parties • Evaluate cases for settlement value and develop negotiation strategies • Draft, review, and revise settlement agreements and related documents • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution • Maintain organized case tracking and ensure timely follow-up on all settlement-related matters • Communicate effectively with clients regarding settlement options and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload • Experience with contract drafting and negotiation required • Prior settlement negotiation experience strongly preferred • Employment law experience is a plus, but not required • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
