📋 Description

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers throughout the Western United States. • Drive profitable sales growth while holding team members accountable to activity, performance, and revenue goals. • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop additional sales professionals as the region continues to expand. • Conduct regular coaching sessions, ride-alongs, customer visits, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations. • Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships. • Partner closely with recruiting and operations to ensure exceptional customer service and execution. • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation. • Analyze sales performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results. • Assist with key customer presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic account development. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. • Highly ethical team player who communicates effectively with internal and external site staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional staffing industry leadership experience. • Minimum of five (5) years of sales management experience with a staffing firm is required. • Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams within the staffing industry. • Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining successful sales professionals. • Strong understanding of staffing sales, business development, customer relationship management, and sales pipeline management. • Experience managing remote sales teams across multiple geographic markets. • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. • Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities. • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop strategies to improve results. • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
