📋 Description

• Own and execute end-to-end technical implementations for customers across NAM • Design scalable solutions that translate complex business and data requirements into clear technical architectures • Define requirements and shape specifications for AI-assisted delivery workflows and automation tooling • Provide feedback loops from real-world implementations to continuously improve automation capabilities • Support pre-sales through demos and proof-of-concept projects for strategic prospects • Onboard and train customer teams to maximize the value they get from our platform • Leading onboarding programs that translate customer goals into effective platform setup using out-of-the-box solutions • Designing and delivering bespoke training and enablement sessions tailored to each customer's use cases and team structure • Leading customer workshops to define integration architecture, data flows, and use case implementation strategies • Implementing custom solutions using JavaScript, Python, APIs, and SQL to meet specific customer requirements • Identifying repeatable patterns and manual processes that are strong candidates for automation • Running product demos and executing proof-of-concept projects for strategically important deals • Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to align technical outcomes with business value.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within Martech SaaS companies (Martech experience is essential). • Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and system architecture • Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, Python, SQL, and database management • Experience with data pipelines, ingestion, and transformation processes • A track record of managing implementation timelines across multiple concurrent customer projects • Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills in customer-facing roles • Curiosity about AI and eagerness to help define how it should be applied to real delivery challenges.
