📋 Description

• Partner directly with leading AI labs to shape how models are trained, evaluated, and improved • Embed with research teams to understand performance bottlenecks • Design targeted data collection strategies • Analyze experimental results to drive model progress • Design data collection workflows optimized for particular model needs • Implement quality controls to reduce biases and ensure model safety • Run experiments to make leading models more insightful, compelling, safe, and human aligned

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for data analysis, including analyzing data and iterating on collection methods to improve model performance • Conceptual understanding of how large language models work • Ability to speak confidently about fine-tuning, RLHF, evaluation, and model behavior • Experience or ability to work directly with AI researchers and technical customers • Ability to translate complex model behavior into clear insights • Python proficiency for data analysis, pipeline building, and workflow prototyping
