📋 Description

• Deliver excellent customer care and create sustainable value for customers via phone, email, chat, and correspondence • Handle customer service calls, including service requests, billing questions, and energy conservation advice • Handle calls related to power outages and other emergency situations • Use active listening and probing questions to provide resolutions • Educate customers on suppliers and energy choice programs • Support a public utility client and its customers 24/7

🎯 Requirements

• Virginia state residency; position must be performed from within the State of Virginia • Full-time availability • Availability to work various shifts and at least one weekend day • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Driven by solving problems and meeting goals • Familiar with Microsoft Office • Experience in customer service • Strong multi-tasking skills • High school diploma or equivalent
