📋 Description
• Receive inbound phone calls and manage outbound follow-up calls with prospects • Gather pertinent information necessary to offer insurance quotes • Answer questions and set proper expectations regarding products and the sales process • Verify the accuracy of employment, down payment, appraisal, and financial documentation • Cultivate strong customer relationships • Achieve sales results
🎯 Requirements
• Must have completed high school or equivalent • Must have an active property and casualty license • Basic experience using Microsoft Office suite • Must be able to work on multiple screens/systems • Availability to work schedules within the stated hours of operation • Ability to complete four weeks of training • Sales track record is ideal
