📋 Description
• Provide accurate and timely responses to travel insurance coverage questions • Cultivate strong relationships with clients • Understand customer needs and align them with appropriate products • Resolve service issues and complaints with independence • Assess customer needs and evaluate satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED • Must be available M-F 9:30-7:15pm EST • Active property and casualty or personal lines license • Proficiency in email, preferably MS Outlook • 1 year of experience in a Call Center • 1 year of experience in a Sales related role • Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred • Experience in the Travel Industry is preferred
