• Lead chair yoga classes tailored for seniors and beginners • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants • Modify exercises and poses to accommodate different mobility levels • Promote flexibility, balance, and overall well-being • Arrive prepared with structured and effective class plans
🎯 Requirements
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) required • Yoga Certification preferred • Chair Yoga and Senior Fitness experience preferred • At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Patient, reliable, and encouraging personality • Experience working with senior citizens or individuals with limited mobility preferred • CPR/AED certification preferred
