📋 Description

• Prepare monthly accruals and support the full-cycle month-end close • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations • Prepare monthly flux analysis • Record monthly statutory entries for international entities and support consolidation • Prepare monthly payroll journal entries and process US payroll • Liaise with statutory accounting firms on payroll, bank reconciliations, and related entries • Prepare customer invoices and manage collections • Book partner revenue share entries and prepare related reporting • Prepare reporting for external parties such as banks and customers • Record GST and sales tax return entries, and assist the Corporate Controller in preparing tax filings with the external tax firm • Support the annual audit, including preparing PBCs and driving audit readiness • Support tax return preparation, including preparing PBCs • Assist the Corporate Controller with NetSuite system administration • Take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Corporate Controller • Report to the Corporate Controller

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline • 5+ years of accounting experience • CPA preferred but not required • Prior audit experience preferred • Experience with FloQast, NetSuite, Drivetrain, and Zenskar • Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting firm experience • Strong organizational and communication skills • Detail-oriented and able to take ownership of work • Team player who builds effective relationships • Curious, takes initiative, and has a bias for action
