📋 Description

• Design and develop innovative ServiceNow and AI solutions • Lead the architecture, implementation and further development of AI-powered solutions and AI agents • Develop intelligent AI agents that interact with and support customers • Apply customer and business expertise to develop effective customer-facing AI solutions • Translate complex business and customer requirements into scalable technical and AI-driven solutions • Work with modern AI technologies, Large Language Models and agent-based solutions • Design innovative solutions across customer service, CRM and customer experience environments • Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders and technical teams • Contribute to complex AI, automation and digital transformation projects • Act as a trusted advisor and support customers throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience working with ServiceNow • Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI or AI-powered solutions • Experience developing or working with AI agents or agentic AI • Experience with technologies such as Claude, Claude 4 or similar AI technologies • Experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, Solution Architect, AI Architect or Senior Consultant • Strong understanding of customer processes, CRM, customer service or customer experience • Experience transferring previous customer or business expertise into the development of intelligent AI agents would be highly beneficial • Experience designing and implementing complex and scalable platform solutions • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical and AI-driven solutions • Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with complex customer or international environments would be an advantage • German and English, or French and English
