📋 Description

• Design and develop ServiceNow CRM solutions and architectures • Lead the architecture, implementation and further development of ServiceNow CRM platforms • Advise customers on optimising and digitalising customer processes and customer experience • Translate complex business and customer requirements into scalable technical solutions • Design innovative solutions across CRM and customer service environments • Work closely with customers, business stakeholders and technical teams • Contribute expertise to complex customer transformation and digitalisation projects • Act as a trusted advisor and support customers throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience working with ServiceNow • Strong experience in ServiceNow CRM, Customer Service Management or other customer-focused ServiceNow solutions • Experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, Solution Architect or Senior Consultant • Strong understanding of CRM processes, customer journeys and customer experience • Experience designing and implementing complex and scalable platform solutions • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions • Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with complex customer or international environments would be an advantage • German and English, or French and English
