📋 Description

• Own the product outcomes for your teams, not just their delivery • Drive AI on two fronts, as a product capability and as a development practice • Actively direct the data science team • Coach Product Owners to grow from backlog managers into outcome-oriented thinkers • Identify, mentor, and grow senior development leads into development managers • Guide the personal and career development of your people • Foster a culture that encourages learning, trust, and bravery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading software engineering teams in Agile delivery environments • Hands-on experience driving AI-assisted and agentic development adoption at team or company scale • Experience operating in a regulated compliance environment such as PCI DSS or SOC 2 • Consumer-only product instincts are not enough • Strong front-end and customer-facing shopping experience is preferred • Comfortable owning product direction with Product Owners
