📋 Description
• Own and lead the company’s technical accounting function • Prepare and review SEC filings • Drive IPO readiness • Interface directly with external auditors • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• CPA required, with strong foundational training • 8+ years of total accounting experience • SEC reporting experience at a public company • IPO experience preferred • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Experience with tools like Workiva, NetSuite, FloQast is a plus
